305 Pressure Washers is a small, owner-operated pressure washing business working out of Miami. When you call, you get the person who's going to be doing the work.

Most complaints about pressure washing companies have nothing to do with pressure washing. They're about a quote that changed, a truck that never showed, or a crew that cleaned three-quarters of a driveway and called it finished.
We started 305 Pressure Washers because that bar is low enough to clear by doing the obvious things. So that's the plan: quote it honestly, do the edges, send you the photos, and be easy to reach on the phone.
We're local. If something isn't right, we're fifteen minutes away, not a call center in another state.
How we work
Four things we won't cut corners on.
On time, or you hear from us first
Nobody minds a delay half as much as they mind finding out about it after the fact. If the morning job runs long, you get a text before your window starts.
One price, agreed up front
We quote the whole job flat. No hourly meter, no discovery fee, no conversation about scope while we're standing in your driveway with the hose running.
Right equipment, right setting
A commercial surface cleaner for concrete so it comes out even. Low-pressure soft washing for stucco, paint, pool decks and fences so it comes out intact.
We clean up after ourselves
Hoses coiled, runoff directed away from your beds, furniture back where it was. You should be able to tell we were there by the concrete and nothing else.

We're new.
You won't find a decade of reviews here yet, and we're not going to invent any. What you get instead is somebody who needs every single job to go well.
We'll tell you when it isn't worth it.
Some stains are in the concrete, not on it. If washing won't fix it, we'll say so before you pay us rather than after.
We'd rather do it once, properly.
A rushed job looks fine wet and terrible dry. We stay until it's even, because the alternative is coming back for free.
